In the United States and internationally, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the artwork and the chosen shipping method. These additional costs will be communicated to you before shipment for your approval.
We are committed to delivering your purchases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to carrier availability, who are solely responsible for the delivery of purchased products, or depending on the additional insurance you choose to purchase.
The risk of loss and ownership of the goods are transferred to you when they are handed over to the carrier. For goods that must cross an international border, ownership is transferred at customs clearance.
Should a customer express dissatisfaction, an exchange or return will be offered, subject to approval by our customer service department. However, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs . The exchange or refund will be processed once the artwork is in the artist's possession and confirmed to be in perfect condition. In all cases, the customer must submit their request within one week.
A pickup arrangement or personal delivery, depending on your proximity, can be discussed - the shipping point is located in St-Philippe on the south shore of Montreal.
